Basic Decoupage Supplies & a Decoupage DIY Video for beginners

Since my old website no longer exists I am adding this page to give you links to the best supplies to use for decoupage. Feel free to contact me to ask about any of the products listed, or if you’ve got additional questions.  If the napkin shown is not something to your liking, please click on the link and add a specific search in the search bar. You may want to specify Cabbage Rose napkins, or French Themed napkins. You can also add colors like Purple Pansy Napkins. For a larger selection you can just enter “Floral Napkins” in the search.  By the way, you can also buy whatever else you need or want while you’re on Amazon. You don’t have to only purchase decoupage supplies.

Martha Stewart Multi Surface paints are currently selling for over 8 dollars  on Amazon for one jar. . PLEASE don’t buy from them. For now I can’t find the paint sets of hers on Amazon  but you can find them in craft stores. Or search “Multi Surface Paint sets” when you click on any link here.

  3. Your projects are incredibly beautiful! I am having trouble finding floral paper napkins as beautiful as yours even on the Amazon website. Please tell me where to find the large beautiful flowered ones like you used in these projects, especially the watering can!

    1. Thank you Joyce! That napkin in particular is one that they don’t make anymore. What might help you is if you do a search on Ebay for Shabby Chic napkins or Cabbage Rose napkins. Over the years I have purchased napkins wherever I could find them. So I have some very old napkins that are no longer in use. There’s also a very good site called Decoupage designs usa . http://www.decoupagedesigns.usa She has some lovely napkins and you only need to buy 2 at a time instead of buying a whole package of them. Same with Ebay but I can vouch for the seller at Decoupage Designs. I hope this helps!

Or, one other thing, if you live near a high end stationary store (like a place where you get wedding invitations) a lot of times they have a very pretty supply of napkins. Tuesday Morning is also a very good place to find some really pretty napkins. The store near me closed down though so I’m not sure if they’re going out of business?

    1. Thank you Dolores! That was one of my all time favorite projects…. Yes, that napkin decoupage glue really does make a difference. I used to tear my other napkins when working with the heavier creamier glues, but the napkin glues are more of a gelatinous substance. I hope you give this a try. It was so satisfying!
